All Members must notify their benefit administrators of all qualifying events, such as the birth of a child, marriage, divorce, loss of coverage, death etc, so that your information can be updated, with any necessary time sensitive paperwork sent to you within 30 days of the event.
Members employed at Bayshore Generating Station only need to contact the employer administrator for enrollment and change forms.
